Strength & Solidarity LLC

Terms of Use

Effective: May 29, 2026

BellusTowne ("the Town", "we") is a fictional online community. By using the site you agree to these Terms and the Town Charter. You confirm you are at least 18 years old.

The Tithe Ladder — Loyalty Pricing

BellusTowne operates a published, criteria-based loyalty programme called the Tithe Ladder. Prices are determined solely by your Citizen Rank, which is earned through participation and is open to every honest soul on equal terms. The full schedule of tiers, multipliers, and worked examples is published openly so any visitor may inspect it before purchase.

Wayfarer Premium. Non-Citizen buyers (Wayfarers — accounts that have not yet taken the Rite of Standing) acknowledge that they pay a premium above the Citizen base price. This premium reflects the higher real cost of servicing new, unverified accounts (chargeback risk, manual review, fraud monitoring, and onboarding support) and is not punitive. A Wayfarer may convert to Citizen at any time, free of charge, by completing the Rite of Standing at /standing; conversion grants base pricing immediately and unlocks recurring subscriptions.

Recurring subscriptions are reserved to Citizens. Wayfarers may not purchase recurring or auto-renewing offerings. This is a fraud-protection measure, not a permanent exclusion: the Rite of Standing is free, immediate, and the only requirement.

Lady's Floor. No price computed by the Tithe Ladder may fall below the Lady's Floor (break-even plus a 10% margin). If a loyalty discount would otherwise breach the floor, the price is lifted to the floor and the buyer is so informed at the point of purchase.

Anti-Sybil Measures. To protect the integrity of the loyalty programme and the Treasury, BellusTowne maintains a denylist of disposable email providers, rate-limits purchases by new accounts, and reserves the right to suspend accounts that exhibit a pattern of signup-purchase-chargeback or similar abuse. Suspensions are reviewable by the Chief Constable.

The Tithe Ladder is a commercial loyalty programme analogous to airline status, membership clubs, or warehouse cooperatives. Tiers are based on voluntary participation in the Town and not on any protected characteristic. Nothing in this programme limits any non-waivable statutory consumer right you may have under the law of your jurisdiction.

The Painted-Face Law — No Photographs of Real Persons

BellusTowne is a fictional township. Every Citizen wears a painted likeness — a portrait drawn by the Atelier — and never a photograph of their actual face. No Citizen, vendor, guest, or staff member may upload, paste, attach, or otherwise submit a photograph or other true-to-life image of a real human being as their profile portrait, vendor mark, or any other avatar on the platform. This includes photographs of oneself, of friends or family, of public figures, of AI-generated faces presented as real persons, and of any image whose intent is to resemble an actual person. The Atelier’s painted portraits — Tier I free likenesses, Apprentice releases, and Master commissions — are the only permitted avatars within the Town. Portraits found to be photographic in nature will be removed by the Constables without notice, and repeat offenses may result in suspension of Citizenship.

Why may I not post a real photograph of myself?

A note from Lady Bellus:

“Not every Citizen of my Town carries their face as easily as their name. Some are shy. Some are autistic, as I am. Some are survivors of cruel things, and some simply do not wish to be looked at. When photographs are permitted in a public square, those who freely post their own face — beautiful, confident, ready — become the measure by which every other Citizen is silently judged. The bashful are made smaller, the private are made suspect, and the lewd are emboldened to behave lewdly because there is a real face to lust after.

I will not have my Town become that place. Within these walls every Citizen wears a painted portrait, and so every Citizen stands on even ground. A peasant’s likeness and a noble’s likeness are both paintings, both made by the same Atelier, both chosen and worn with the same dignity. No one is prettier here because of an accident of birth or the angle of a camera. Here, a Citizen is known by their convictions, their craft, their kindness, and their courage — not by the photograph on their collar.

This is the kindness I owe the shy, the cautious, the autistic, the scarred, the private, and the children-at-heart who make this place worth keeping. The Painted-Face Law is for them, and so it is for all of you. — Lady Bellus Virago

Age & Eligibility

BellusTowne is for adults. By creating an account you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of ageand have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. At the Gatehouse you will be asked to provide your date of birth; accounts that cannot be verified as 18+ shall be denied or revoked. We may require additional age-verification steps before granting access to paid services, vendor storefronts, or chat features. Knowingly providing a false date of birth is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate, uncompensated termination.

Your Content & the License You Grant Us

You retain ownership of everything you post, write, draw, record, or upload to BellusTowne (your “Content”). To operate the Town we need a limited license from you, and only that:

You grant Strength & Solidarity LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify (for formatting and moderation only), publish, transmit, and display your Content solely as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Town and its services, including back-ups, moderation review, search, anti-abuse enforcement, and showing your Content to other Citizens you have chosen to share it with. The license terminates when you (or we) delete the Content, except for back-up copies retained for a commercially reasonable period and Content that other Citizens have already lawfully shared on-platform.

What we will not do without your separate written consent: sublicense your Content to third parties for advertising or marketing outside the Town; train commercial AI/ML models on your Content; sell your Content as a standalone product; or use your Content for any off-platform commercial exploitation. This license does not survive deletion except for the limited back-up and shared-copy uses described above.

Subscriptions, Auto-Renewal & Cancellation

Paid Citizenship tiers (including, without limitation, the Annual Pass and the Wayfarer’s Planning Levy) are billed in advance on a recurring auto-renewing basis at the price and cadence disclosed at checkout. By subscribing you authorize Strength & Solidarity LLC and its payment processor (Stripe, Inc.) to charge your designated payment method at the start of each billing period until you cancel.

How to cancel. You may cancel at any time from Towne Hall → Manage Billing (Stripe customer portal). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period; you retain access until that date and are not charged again thereafter. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial periods except where required by applicable law (notably California Civil Code §1749.5, and the auto-renewal statutes of New York, Oregon, and the District of Columbia).

Renewal reminders. Annual subscriptions: we will send an email reminder at least fifteen (15) daysbefore each renewal. Monthly subscriptions over $5: we will send a confirmation email after each charge with the amount, date, and a one-click cancel link, as required by the FTC Negative Option Rule and California auto-renew law.

Price changes. We will give you at least thirty (30) days’ advance email notice of any price increase before it applies to your subscription. If you do not wish to accept the new price, you may cancel before it takes effect and your subscription will end at the close of the current billing period at the old price.

No User Endorsements, Affiliates, or Competitor Promotion

BellusTowne forbids all user-posted endorsements, sponsored content, affiliate links, and promotion of competing companies or their content. You agree that you will not, in any district of the Town (Forum, Churches, Schoolhouse, Marketplace, Guilds, Chambers, Cinema, Radio, or any other surface), post, suggest, reference, infer, link to, or otherwise direct attention toward (i) any paid endorsement, sponsorship, or “#ad” arrangement of your own, (ii) any affiliate or referral link, or (iii) any competing platform, product, service, creator, or piece of content whose nature has not been personally reviewed and permitted by the Founder.

This is not a stylistic preference. It is a Charter-level prohibition. Violation is a reprimandable offense under the Town Charter and enters the standard Tiers of Offense and due process of the Roster of Consequences (Charter, Article II) — including, where warranted, escalation to the Fourth Offense. The full article and enforcement detail live in the Town Charter.

For clarity: this clause does not restrict your right to leave honest reviews of BellusTowne itself, to discuss the Town in lawful public forums elsewhere, or to exercise any right reserved to you by the Consumer Review Fairness Act or by law. It restricts only the use of this Town’s surfaces as a channel for endorsements, affiliate marketing, or competitor promotion.

Account Termination & Unused Balances

You may close your account at any time from Towne Hall. We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms, repeated violations of the Town Charter, fraud, chargeback abuse, or conduct that endangers other Citizens or the Town itself.

Refund of unused prepaid balance. On termination (whether by you or by us, and regardless of reason except confirmed fraud or chargeback abuse), Strength & Solidarity LLC shall refund the unused, prepaid portion of any subscription, credit, or stored balance held in your name. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within thirty (30) days. For confirmed fraud or chargeback abuse, prepaid balances may be forfeited to the extent permitted by applicable law and after written notice and a reasonable opportunity to cure.

Additional Refund Protections

In addition to the refund of unused prepaid balances set forth above, the following Charter-level refund protections apply to every Citizen. These protections are set down in the Town Charter and are enforceable as terms of your contract with BellusTowne:

  • Refund Floor on Banishment. Should your account be terminated by us for material breach, any unused, prepaid subscription value shall be refunded within thirty (30) days by the original payment method. (Charter, Article II, §6 — Of Refundes Upon Banishment.)
  • RSO Refundable on Appeal. Any Reinstatement Service Option (RSO) fee paid to restore a suspended or banished account is voluntary and refundable in full should the underlying breach be overturned by the Board of Review. (Charter, Article II — Of the Reinstatement User Fee; Article I, §3 — Board of Review.)
  • Infraction Fee Refundable on Appeal. Any Reinstatement User Fee paid in response to a conduct-grounded Notice of Infraction is refundable in full should the Board of Review overturn the breach, together with a prorated credit for any subscription time lost to the suspension. (Charter, Article II — Of the Reinstatement User Fee.)
  • Seven-Day Cooling-Off. Every paid service, badge, Guild Dues, or other purchase within the Town carries a seven (7) day cooling-off right: you may cancel within seven (7) days of purchase for a full refund, provided no dedicated benefit has yet been used. This applies per-service and is set forth in the governing Article of the Charter for each respective service. (Charter, Article IV et seq.)

Refunds on Forge & Familiar-Craft Commissions

Commissions paid for outputs of the Forge — including (without limitation) Speaker voice renders, Listener transcriptions, Limner portraits, and any other text, audio, or image produced by a familiar — are final upon delivery, because each rendering consumes irrecoverable compute credits at the moment of generation.

The following exceptions entitle you to a full refund of the commission fee to your original payment method within thirty (30) days:

  • Failure to deliver. The familiar errored, timed out, or returned no usable output, and no successful re-render was provided within a reasonable time.
  • Policy-blocked output. The output was withheld by us for safety, policy, or Charter reasons after the commission was charged.
  • Material misdescription. The advertised capability of the familiar was materially inaccurate at the time of commission.
  • Mandatory consumer protection. Any other right of refund that cannot be excluded under the consumer-protection law of your jurisdiction.

Cosmetic dissatisfaction, change of mind, or a wish to regenerate with a different prompt is not grounds for refund; each fresh render is a fresh commission. Unspent prepaid Forge credit balances remain subject to the general Refund of unused prepaid balance clause above.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Strength & Solidarity LLC and its officers, members, employees, contractors, and agents from any third-party claim, demand, loss, damage, cost, or reasonable attorneys’ fees to the extent arising out of (a) your Content, (b) your use of the Town in breach of these Terms or the Town Charter, (c) your violation of any law or third-party right, or (d) any fraudulent or willful misconduct by you. This indemnity is proportionate to your contribution to the claim and does not extend to claims arising out of our own negligence, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or violation of law.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Town is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except those warranties that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Liability cap. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of Strength & Solidarity LLC arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Town shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees you paid to the Town in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred United States dollars ($100 USD). This cap is a material part of the bargain between us; without it the Town could not be offered at the prices charged.

Carve-outs. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for: (i) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (ii) gross negligence; (iii) willful misconduct; (iv) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; or (v) any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

Privacy of Chat & Direct Messages — Constable Review

BellusTowne’s chat rooms and direct-message channels are not end-to-end encrypted and should not be treated as confidential. To keep the Town safe, the Constables (our trust & safety team) may review messages — including private DMs — in the following narrowly-defined circumstances:

  • in response to a Citizen report filed through the in-product “Report” flow;
  • in response to a credible threat to the safety of a Citizen or the public;
  • in response to a valid legal process (subpoena, court order, preservation request);
  • to investigate spam, fraud, automated abuse, or coordinated harassment flagged by our automated systems; or
  • with the affected Citizen’s consent.

Constable review is logged. Constables do not engage in bulk, untargeted reading of private messages, and we do not sell, rent, or share chat content with advertisers. By using chat or DMs you acknowledge and consent to this limited review framework. If you require fully private communication, please use an external end-to-end-encrypted service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For any material change (anything affecting your rights, fees, content license, dispute-resolution, or liability), we will give you at least thirty (30) days’ advance notice by email to the address on your account and by a prominent in-product notice at Towne Hall before the change takes effect. Non-material changes (typos, clarifications, broken-link fixes, address updates) may take effect immediately and will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

Your choices. If you do not accept a material change, you may close your account from Towne Hall before the change takes effect and receive a refund of any unused prepaid balance under the section above. Continued use of the Town after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Marketplace — Independent Third-Party Vendors

The Market Square is a venue provided by BellusTowne. All storefronts listed there are owned and operated by independent third-party vendors. BellusTowne is not the seller, manufacturer, importer, or fulfiller of any vendor good or service, and is not a party to contracts formed between patrons and vendors.

By using the Marketplace, you acknowledge that BellusTowne and Strength & Solidarity LLC: (a) make no warranties of any kind regarding vendor goods or services; (b) are not responsible for shipment, delivery, refunds, returns, quality, legality, safety, or accuracy of listings; (c) have no obligation to mediate disputes between you and any vendor; and (d) reserve the right, without notice or liability, to remove any listing or revoke any vendor’s storefront.

Towne Toll — Platform Facilitation Levy

BellusTowne retains a standing five-percent (5%) marketplace facilitation levy on the gross amount of every transaction completed on or through the platform — including storefront sales, Treasury wares, Cinema wares, Radio dedications, Atelier commissions, and Reinstatement Service Option purchases. This fee, styled the “Towne Toll”, is the ordinary business revenue of Strength & Solidarity LLC for operating the platform and is retained from amounts otherwise payable to the vendor or service operator. Vendor net proceeds are calculated after the Towne Toll. The Towne Toll is a private commercial charge — it is not a governmental tax or levy, not a customs or excise duty, not a donation, tithe, or charitable contribution, and confers no governmental or sovereign authority on BellusTowne or Strength & Solidarity LLC. Sales, use, value-added, and similar governmental taxes (where applicable) are separate from the Towne Toll and are handled in accordance with applicable law.

The Coliseum — Skill-Based Match Contest

The Coliseum is a chartered ground within BellusTowne where Citizens may field champions in turn-based tactical matches. Coliseum matches are skill-based contests, not games of chance, sweepstakes, lotteries, raffles, or wagering devices. Match outcomes are determined by Citizen skill (action selection, positioning, resource management); any randomization is cosmetic and de minimis, and shall never be the dominant factor in determining a victor.

Participants only may stake coin. Where a Coliseum match carries a coin entry fee and prize pool (a “Purse Match”), only the Citizens entering that match may pay the entry fee. Spectators may not wager, bet, stake, or otherwise place coin on the outcome of any match in which they are not a registered participant. Spectators may freely cheer, tip, or dedicate coin to a champion as a gratuity; such gratuities are gifts to the championed Citizen and are not wagers.

BellusTowne is facilitator, not bookmaker. BellusTowne does not bank, hold, set odds on, or take a position against any match outcome. Entry fees flow into a declared prize pool, less the Towne Toll and disclosed platform shares; the residue is distributed to ranked finishers per a published bracket. BellusTowne’s sole revenue from Purse Matches is the Towne Toll (the same platform facilitation levy described above) and disclosed operator shares.

Eligibility. Coliseum participants must be eighteen (18) years of age or older, hold Citizen Standing (Rank 3 or greater), and reside in a jurisdiction not on the Coliseum forbidden-jurisdiction list published in the Champion’s Covenant. BellusTowne may decline or refund any entry from an ineligible jurisdiction without further cause.

Finality of entry. Once a match begins, the entry fee is non-refundable except where required by law or where the match is voided by BellusTowne for cause.

No officer of the Towne shall compete for coin. The Founder and the Chief Constable shall not register for any Purse Match, and shall not be eligible to receive any purse distribution. They may spectate, tip, and host. This restraint is enforced server-side by the Aegis system.

Full participant terms are set down in the Champion’s Covenant, which every Citizen accepts before their first ranked or Purse Match.

Bellus Day Tourney — Skill-Judged Contest

BellusTowne’s annual Bellus Day Tourney is a skill-based contest, not a sweepstakes, lottery, drawing, raffle, or game of chance. Entries are evaluated on a published rubric (five criteria of twenty points apiece, one hundred points total). Three judges score each entry independently and blind to the entrant’s identity; the three scores are averaged; the highest averaged score is named Grand Champion. No drawing, lot, or randomization is used at any step of selection.

No purchase necessary; no purchase advantage. Entry is free. No subscription, dues, badge, perk, or amount of coin spent within BellusTowne confers any advantage in judging. Citizens, Wayfarers, and non-account holders enter on equal footing.

Eligibility. Entrants must be eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of submission and must attest to age, originality of the work, and the published rules at the point of entry. One (1) entry per entrant per Tourney. The Tourney is offered only where lawful and is void where prohibited. Entrants are subject to all applicable contest laws of the United States and of their state of residence.

The Champion’s Purse. The advertised prize is funded from a standing two-percent (2%) revenue earmark Strength & Solidarity LLC sets aside out of every BellusTowne sale. The Purse is the Company’s own funds held for the contest winner; it is not a pot of entrant contributions, and no portion of any entry, purchase, or other on-platform action funds it. Payment is made by the Company’s ordinary commercial means upon proclamation and acceptance. Applicable taxes on prize winnings are the responsibility of the winner; for U.S. winners, Strength & Solidarity LLC will issue IRS Form 1099-MISC for any single prize of $600 or more.

Rubric, judges, and rules are published in advance of each entry window at /bellus-day/rubric. By submitting an entry, you agree to be bound by those published rules, the Town Charter, and these Terms. Plagiarism, identity misrepresentation, harassment of judges, or attempts to influence scoring shall result in disqualification and may bar the entrant from future Tourneys. Strength & Solidarity LLC reserves the right to modify or cancel any Tourney edition where required by law or to preserve the integrity of the contest; in any such case the Champion’s Purse for that edition shall be carried into the next edition or refunded into the earmark, at the Company’s discretion.

Governing Law

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of BellusTowne, are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Strength & Solidarity LLC is organized under Oklahoma law. Mandatory consumer-protection rights of non-U.S. users’ home jurisdictions are preserved where applicable law so requires.

Binding Arbitration & Class-Action Waiver

Please read this section carefully — it affects your legal rights.

Except for (a) claims that qualify for small-claims court (see below) and (b) claims for injunctive or equitable relief to protect intellectual property, any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Town, or any service offered through the Town shall be resolved by binding individual arbitrationadministered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, or by remote hearing at the claimant’s election. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Class-action waiver. You and Strength & Solidarity LLC each agree that any dispute will be brought in an individual capacity only, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims and may not preside over any form of representative proceeding.

Small-claims carve-out. Either party may bring an individual action in small-claims court for any dispute within that court’s jurisdiction (in Oklahoma, generally claims up to $10,000) in lieu of arbitration, so long as the action remains in small-claims court and is brought only in an individual (non-class) capacity.

30-day opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to legal@bellustowne.com (or by U.S. Mail to Strength & Solidarity LLC at its registered Oklahoma address) within thirty (30) days of first creating your account or first accepting these Terms (whichever is later). The notice must include your account name, the email associated with the account, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration. Opting out will not affect any other provision of these Terms.

The Forge’s Voices — Acceptable Use

The Forge of Familiars offers Citizens the commissioning of synthesised speech. By using the Forge you agree that the voices produced are AI-synthesised and not the voices of real persons. You shall not commission any audio that impersonates an identifiable real person; that is defamatory, harassing, threatening, or deceptive in political context; that depicts minors in sexual contexts; or that is otherwise unlawful in the United States, the State of Oklahoma, or your own jurisdiction. You shall not reverse-engineer, extract, redistribute, or train any competing model upon Forge output. BellusTowne does not offer voice cloning; the roster is a fixed curated set of commercially-licensed voices. You grant BellusTowne the right to retain the text you submit and the audio, transcripts, images, or other outputs produced for the sole purpose of abuse review by the Constables, for up to twelve (12) monthsfrom the date of commission, or longer only where retention is required for an ongoing investigation, a lawful hold, or a pending dispute. You accept sole responsibility for every commission and the consequences of its publication or use, and shall indemnify BellusTowne, its officers, and Strength & Solidarity LLC against any claim arising out of or relating to your commission or use of Forge output. This indemnity does not extend to claims arising from our own gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or violation of law.

Ownership of Forge Output

Subject to the terms of the upstream AI providers whose models the Forge calls upon, you own the outputs you commission — the drafts, transcripts, audio, and images the familiars produce at your request. You grant BellusTowne only the limited license described above (logging and retention for abuse review and lawful process). We do not use your prompts or Forge outputs to train competing models, and we do not sublicense them to third parties for advertising or marketing outside the Town.

No warranty of accuracy or non-infringement. The Forge calls upon AI models that may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or hallucinated output, and AI-generated images may resemble or incorporate third-party copyrighted material in ways neither you nor we can foresee. BellusTowne makes no representation or warranty that any Forge output is accurate, complete, free of error, free of bias, or free of third-party intellectual-property claims, and disclaims all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including the implied warranty of non-infringement. You use Forge output at your own risk and shall not rely upon it as professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.

Mandatory Reporting of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

BellusTowne is an adults-only community and the depiction, discussion, solicitation, or transmission of any sexual content involving a minor is absolutely prohibited and will result in immediate, permanent removal from the Town. As a United States "electronic communication service" within the meaning of 18 U.S.C. § 2258A, BellusTowne will report any apparent child sexual abuse material it becomes aware of to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline as required by federal law, and will preserve the content and associated metadata (account information, IP addresses, timestamps) for at least ninety (90) days from the date of report, or longer where preservation is requested by law enforcement or required by a lawful hold. We will cooperate with law-enforcement requests accompanied by valid legal process. We will not investigate beyond the bounds of the statute and will not voluntarily disclose user content to private parties except as required by these Terms, by law, or in response to valid legal process.

Exclusion of Indirect & Consequential Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall BellusTowne, Strength & Solidarity LLC, or any of its officers, members, employees, contractors, agents, or successors be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages — including, without limitation, lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, loss of use, or the cost of substitute services — arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Town, the Forge, or any Content or output thereof, whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other theory, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. This exclusion does not apply where prohibited by applicable law (notably to claims for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for our gross negligence or wilful misconduct).

Severability, Waiver & Construction

If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, void, or unenforceable in whole or in part, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable and to give effect to the parties’ original intent, or — if no such modification is possible — shall be severed and treated as if it had never been written. The remainder of these Terms, the Town Charter, the Privacy Policy, the Refunds policy, and every joyned instrument shall continue in full force and effect.

No failure or delay by BellusTowne in exercising any right under these Terms shall operate as a waiver of that right, nor shall any single or partial exercise preclude any other or further exercise of that right. Headings are for convenience only and shall not limit or interpret the substance of any provision. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Town Charter, the provision more protective of Citizens shall govern as to the Citizen-facing relationship; as between BellusTowne and Strength & Solidarity LLC, the Charter shall be deemed the governing internal instrument.
