Urgent matters
If you believe a Citizen is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. If you are reporting child sexual abuse material or the exploitation of a minor, write to security@bellustowne.com with the word URGENT in the subject; such reports are escalated immediately and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children as required by law.

Formal notices may be sent by U.S. Mail to Strength & Solidarity LLC at its registered Oklahoma address, available on request from legal@bellustowne.com.
A note on business days
“Business days” means Monday through Friday, excluding United States federal holidays. Hour-based commitments (such as the 72-hour security acknowledgement) run on the clock, not the calendar.
