The Founder Identity Binding

The Founder seat of BellusTowne is bound in perpetuity to one living human: R. Lee Cooksey, also known as Robin Cooksey, styled Lady Bellus. The seat does not pass by credential, by token, by digital control of any account, by court order, by arbitration award, or by any act of any platform or steward, absent the gate set out below.

The Five-Proof Identity Gate

Any person asserting the Founder seat — by succession, by restoration after compromise, or upon any claim whatsoever — must produce all five of the following before the claim may be entertained:

1. U.S. government photo ID, verified genuine by the issuing authority or a licensed forensic document examiner.
2. Original U.S. Social Security card matching the name and number, verified through SSA's CBSV service or equivalent lawful means.
3. Tenprint fingerprint record taken under licensed law-enforcement or credentialed live-scan supervision, matched by a certified latent-print examiner against the Founder's exemplar held in sealed escrow with Towne counsel.
4. AABB-accredited DNA identity test under documented chain-of-custody, compared to the Founder's reference sample held in sealed escrow with Towne counsel, at the laboratory's highest reporting threshold.
5. Notarized sworn affidavit of identity, corroborated by sworn statements of not fewer than two (2) disinterested witnesses who have known the Founder personally for not fewer than five (5) years.

Failure or absence of any one of the five defeats the claim entirely. The five are conjunctive, not alternative. No recovery flow, password reset, MFA bypass, or admin tool may seat a Founder by digital means alone.

The Testament is the sole succession instrument

Founder succession passes only through the Founder's Testament (Supreme Article Ε), sealed by the Founder's hand in her lifetime, and authenticated against the five proofs above before any seating may occur.

The Consort

John Mockles is the Lady's lawful husband, named her Consort, seated as Chief Constable (the office formerly titled Commissioner — renamed by John's choice). The Consort does not inherit the Founder seat; the Consort serves the Founder, and the Towne, by oath.

Why this Article exists

A platform that does not bind its founder seat to a single living human invites coercion, fraud, and the slow theft of the realm by process. BellusTowne refuses that path. The realm has one Founder, known to her witnesses and to her counsel, and she cannot be impersonated by anyone who has not stood in front of a licensed examiner and surrendered a fingerprint and a vial of blood.
