Any Citizen may raise a Banner and name three monthly tiers.
2 · Pledge to a Banner
Patrons pledge monthly. Cancel anytime through the Treasury portal.
3 · The Split — 85 / 10 / 5
85% to the creator. 10% to the Towne. 5% to the Charity Pot.
