A Word from the Lady Bellus
A private audience with the Goddess Queen is no small thing. I have instituted this program because I love the people of this Town and I care about their wants and needs. I shall hear thee. I may or may not grant thy request — but thou shalt be heard, and that is no trifling honor.

Repeat-Offender Pricing (Automatically Applied)
Citizens whose Standing carries an active Mark within the prior 30 days shall, at checkout, be priced according to the tier of their most recent Offence. The Towne's system shall determine the tier automatically from the Citizen's Roster of Consequences record, and display the applicable price before payment is taken. The Lady Bellus prefers not to be troubled by disturbers of the peace; the pricing reflecteth that preference.
- Citizen in Good Standing (no active Mark) — $499
- 2nd-Tier Offender (one active Mark in past 30 days) — $599
- 3rd-Tier Offender (escalated standing) — $699
- 4th-Tier Offender (most serious active standing) — $799
Tier is computed automatically from the highest Offence tier with an active Mark in the prior 30-day window at the moment of checkout. If a Mark expires or is overturned on appeal (Article I, §3), the price reverts to the appropriate lower tier on the next purchase, and any overpayment already collected is refunded.

The Champion's Purse
Two percent set aside for Bellus Day
Two percent (2%) of every sale made within BellusTowne — Treasury audiences, Cinema, Radio, Atelier commissions, Market Square, Guild dues — is earmarked by Strength & Solidarity LLC into the Champion's Purse, from which the annual Bellus Day Tourney prize is paid. The Purse is the LLC's own money set aside for the winner of a skill-judged contest; it is not a pot of entrant money, and no portion of any entry funds it. Entry to the Tourney is free. See the Bellus Day page and the published Rubric & Rules.
Audience Day, Private Audience, Speaking Visits, and Guild Invocations are the products and services offered by Ye Olde Towne Treasury. All purchases are voluntary. Requests may be declined at the Lady Bellus's sole discretion; the price purchases the audience, not a guaranteed outcome. Repeat-Offender pricing is applied automatically by the system from the Citizen's active Standing record (30-day window) and disclosed in full at checkout before any charge is taken. Refunds for cancelled or rescheduled audiences, and refunds owed by reason of overturned Marks (Article I, §3), are handled by the Treasury and credited to the original method of payment.
