Of Tithes & the Lifting of the Forgotten
Veritas Equitatae
BellusTowne's standing charitable pledge — sealed by the Founder.
BellusTowne, a studio of Strength & Solidarity LLC, supports Veritas Equitatae, a federally recognized 501(c)(3) charitable nonprofit organization. Veritas Equitatae was founded by the same Founder who governs BellusTowne and exists to serve two communities the world too often forgets: veterans and impoverished gifted youth.
BellusTowne is, and always shall be, an adults-only town. No minor enters these gates. Veritas Equitatae receives applications, vets candidates, and awards scholarships and aid entirely through its own channels — outside the walls of the Towne.
How the Towne supports the Charity
Our support takes two honest forms. We do not promise that a portion of every purchase benefits charity, and we do not market BellusTowne purchases as tax-deductible gifts. The language below is the truth of the arrangement.
1. Quarterly Contributions
On a documented quarterly cadence, Strength & Solidarity LLC contributes a portion of its net profit to Veritas Equitatae. The contribution is the LLC's own corporate decision, made by its officers after the Towne's operating costs, reserves, and taxes have been met. Veritas Equitatae issues a donation acknowledgment for each contribution.
2. Tithe Wares
A bounded set of clearly labeled Tithe wares is offered in the Market Square. For each Tithe ware, the LLC donates the net proceeds of the sale to Veritas Equitatae — defined as the gross sale price, less the payment processor's fee, less a reasonable handling fee that covers fulfillment, accounting, and donation processing. The product page of each Tithe ware will state this plainly at the point of sale.

A Tithe purchase is a commercial transaction. The buyer receives the product and does not receive a tax-deductible gift receipt from this purchase. Those who wish to make a tax-deductible donation should give directly to Veritas Equitatae.
What we will not do
We will not advertise BellusTowne purchases with promissory per-sale charitable language (e.g., "a portion of every purchase goes to charity"). That kind of campaign carries multi-state legal obligations the Founder has chosen not to undertake at this time. Our pledge is honest and bounded: quarterly contributions, and specifically labeled Tithe wares.
Veritas Equitatae operates independently of BellusTowne, with its own governance, its own books, its own bank account, and its own annual filings. No charitable funds flow back to the LLC, to the Founder personally, or to any related party beyond fair-market compensation for genuine services rendered. This is a one-way covenant: from the Towne, to the forgotten.
The Founder's Word
"BellusTowne is, for me, also a place where I can fight, in the real world, making real changes for the undergrounds and undercities of society — the poor, the injured, the destitute, the forgotten, the brushed off and cast aside. A Robin Hood, if you would. The Towne earns honestly. The Charity gives quietly. Together, they keep a promise I have held for thirty years."
— The Founder, sealing the Robin Hood Doctrine.
