Recover thy Keep
Lost thy pass-phrase, thy phone, or both? Three paths lead back into thy account. Try them in order.
If thou hast forgotten thy pass-phrase
Visit the Gatehouse and choose Reset Pass-phrase. A secure letter will be sent to thine address. Open it on any device to set a fresh pass-phrase. The letter is good for one hour.
If thou hast lost thy phone but kept thy recovery codes
Sign in normally at the Gatehouse. When the second-seal screen appears, choose Lost thy phone? Use a recovery code instead. Enter one of the twelve-character codes thou didst save when registering thy authenticator. Using a code removes the old seal so thou must register a fresh authenticator afterward.
If thou hast neither — write to the Founder
If the address upon thy account is lost and thy recovery codes were never saved, send a petition below. The Founder will read every recovery petition by hand. Include any detail that proves the keep is thine — Citizen name, approximate join date, a guild or trade thou wert known by, any prior payment.
